The GymWits Podcast hosts, Ryan George and Justin Gild, have been best friends since the 7th grade. At the age of 15 they purchased their first fitness membership and have been workout partners ever since. While they each pursued different career paths, fitness and exercise has always been a central component to both Ryan and Justin.

Ryan George

ryan Ryan George has been involved in the fitness industry since 2001. He has worked with a very diverse client base that includes everyone from celebrities to students, children to geriatric clients and professional athletes to post rehab patients. Ryan has specialized certifications in Integrated Flexibility, Sports Conditioning, Kettlebells and TRX. Ryan also works as an instructor for the World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), helping to educate and develop future generations of trainers. Ryan has made a number of media appearances including appearances on ABC and CBS news as a fitness expert.
Ryan George is also an amateur Muay Thai fighter and trainer under the Legendary fighter/ trainer Arjan Coban Lookchaomaesaithong. Ryan has been practicing Muay Thai since 2007 and has a record of 4-1.

Justin Gild

unspecifiedJustin Gild, aka ChefSonic, is an accomplished musician and producer. He is the author of the GymWits theme song. While Justin’s career has been focused on music, he has remained a fitness enthusiast. He has practiced a variety of martial arts including wrestling, Judo, Barzilian Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai.
